Church California grooming products are backed by a performance guarantee - if are you not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the product's purchase price.
For purchases made in-store at Church Barber or at one our partner shops, returns may be processed in-store only.
If you would like to return an item you purchased online, please email us at info@churchcalifornia.com to begin the process.
Upon receipt of your returned item we will exchange for a product of your choosing, or process a 100% refund of the product's purchase price, less any shipping fees. We do not cover return shipping fees.
Please note: we do not accept returns on used accessories, including combs, soap trays and sea sponges.

We want to make it a no-brainer for you to toss out chemical based hair and grooming products and embrace our natural alternatives, without sacrificing the results you want. If you’re not satisfied with your products, we will happily refund you, less the cost of shipping.
Note: Some customers find that using multiple Church products in tandem with each other provides the perfect result for their unique hair and styling needs. Trying with and without water, or comparing performance with completely dry hair versus towel dry hair, to find your preference, is also recommended.
